We act for and on behalf of our client, one of the largest bedding products manufacturers in Indonesia, providing a warning towards the violations of commercial use activities on the registered Simple Patent of “Mattress with Adjustable Hardness and Comfort Levels” (“Kasur dengan Tingkat Kelembutan dan Kenyamanan yang Dapat Disesuaikan oleh Penggunanya”), which is known as “SMART COMFORT” that is also registered for the trademark. The warning through the newspaper strictly request all respected parties to cease-and-desist the production, sales and/or all forms of commercial activities and to withdraw all products in the market that violate the registered Simple Patent of “Mattress with Adjustable Hardness and Comfort Levels”.
