Managing Partner

Hendra Widjaya heads the firm and the Intellectual Property practice. He advises clients in contentious and non-contentious IP works. He is managing the trademarks works and other IP works of the Indonesian conglomerate group companies and national clients in Indonesia.
He actively takes parts in numbers of IP litigation, enforcement actions and anti-counterfeiting projects in major cities in Indonesia. He also represents clients in conducting cancellation of registered trademarks before the commercial court, and conducting the negotiation on the settlements of trademarks assignments.

He has been recognized as a Leading Lawyer in Intelletual Property and being ranked by legal media directories. Hendra is a licensed advocate, a registered IP Consultant, a registered Plant Variety Consultant, and a registered Receiver and Administrator.

Anny Gunadi, BSc., MM., SH., MKn.

Partner

Anny advises clients on non-contentious IP works, to include patents, trademarks and industrial designs management portfolio works. She advises Indonesian clients in outbound works and overseas clients for the inbound works. She is also assisting clients with the international trademarks registrations, and assisting with the drafting and submitting responses towards provisional refusal received for the international trademarks registrations designating Indonesia. She also represents clients in conducting the cease and desist actions, and assisting in the enforcement actions. She is a registered IP Consultant and being ranked as an IP Star.
